Safaris for the whole day in Chobe National Park.
Chobe National Park in Botswana is only at 01:45 min drive from Livingstone. This is one of the best places in South Africa to observe wildlife. Especially the park is known for a large population of elephants. The Chobe River flows through the park. Various animals often come to the shores at a watering place: huge herds of buffaloes, zebras, Gnu antelopes, and Impala. Their movements are followed by lions, hyenas, leopards. The journey to Chobe includes crossing the Zambezi River at the place where the borders of four countries cross: Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia. The safari begins with a morning cruise on the Chobe River. During the cruise you will be offered refreshments, tea, coffee, and snacks. Around you will see many birds, hippos and large crocodiles. Arrive at Chobe Safari Lodge, where you will go ashore for lunch on the veranda. Afterwards, you will take a fascinating journey across the expanses of wild Africa in open all-terrain jeep.
*** Lunch is included ***. Return to the hotel.
