The Chobe River flows through the park and various animals often come to the shores at a watering place: huge herds of buffaloes, zebras, Gnu antelopes, and Impala. Their movements are followed by lions, hyenas, leopards. The journey to Chobe includes crossing the Zambezi River at the place where the borders of four countries cross: Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia. The safari begins with a morning cruise on the Chobe River. During the cruise you will be offered refreshments, tea, coffee, and snacks. Around you will see many birds, hippos and large crocodiles.
