After breakfast with the giraffes, transfer to the airport. Flight to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, located in the northern Serengeti Valley. Approximate daily schedule:
In the morning, hot tea, coffee, and snacks, then off to the safari. Duration: approximately 3-3.5 hours, depending on what you encounter along the way. Open-top vehicles.
After a morning safari, return to the lodge for a hot breakfast and relaxation. The grounds include a swimming pool, library, and Wi-Fi. You can also simply relax on your rooms terrace or in the lobby.
Dinner.
At 3:30 PM, tea with snacks, then departure for an evening safari. At sunset, a picnic in the savannah with drinks and snacks. Return for dinner and rest.
What you can see on safari:
The reserves landscapes are spectacular, divided into three major ecosystems: savanna, bush, and riverbeds. In the savanna, youll see large herds of wildebeest, zebra, Thompsons gazelle, topi, and buffalo. Near the rivers, trees appear, home to giraffes, waterbuck, elephants, and bushbuck. Acacia forests grow along the Mara and Talek Rivers. Hippos and crocodiles inhabit the rivers. Impalas, rhinos, and dik-dik inhabit the bush. Lions and other predators are found everywhere, but they especially enjoy the dense acacia thickets. All members of the African Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant) can be seen here.

After breakfast, fly to Nairobi. Upon arrival, meet your driver and transfer to Amboseli National Park. (Direct flights from Masai Mara to Amboseli are available; flights are available upon request.)

This park is called the Park of Giants because within its boundaries, you can see enormous herds of elephants among enormous acacias and other exotic trees. The parks flat terrain allows for a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, stretching for miles. Weather permitting, you can also see the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro.

Transfer to Tarangire National Park (approximately 3 hours)

Safari in the park. The park is located in the Masai Steppe, characterized by rolling hills with swamps in the lowlands. The Tarangire River, from which the reserve takes its name, flows through the park. Animals flock to the river, including zebras, buffalo, impalas, gazelles, elands, waterbuck, and others. Large herds of elephants, oryx, and graceful gerenuks are also permanent residents of the park. Large predators can be seen including lions, leopards, and pythons.

Arrival, check-in at the lodge, and relaxation. Your lodge is picturesquely located on the summit of an ancient volcanos caldera.

Youll spend the day at the bottom of the largest inhabited caldera, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. THE CRATER IS HOST TO ABOUT 25,000 ANIMALS. Youll have a real opportunity to observe all of Africas Big Five. In addition to large mammals, youll see countless other animals and birds. The crater contains several distinct islands of distinct vegetation, a small forest, a freshwater lake, and a soda lake with flamingos. A stop for lunch and a rest will be made at Lake Ngoitokitok, home to hippos.
