    Excursion to the Cape of Good Hope

    09.00 - Excursion to the Cape of Good Hope 
    The Cape Peninsula is home to the Good Hope Nature Reserve. A drive of just over 50 kilometers takes you to the southernmost tip of the peninsula, the iconic Cape. From a height of 200 meters, standing by the ancient lighthouse, you can see the Indian and Atlantic Oceans converging on the horizon. The tour includes a visit to the town of Hout Bay, where you can take a cruise to Seal Island (tickets available on site, subject to weather conditions), as well as a visit to a penguin colony and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. *Entrance fees not included*
    17.00 - Return to the hotel. Rest.

    Cape Town Sightseeing Tour

    09.00 - Sightseeing tour of Cape Town.
    Cape Town is called the Mother City because it is where South Africas colonial history began. Here youll learn fascinating facts about the apartheid policy and experience South Africas multiculturalism. Youll drive through the historic city center, along the famous Aderley Street with its numerous monuments, and see the ancient fort, the first building built by Europeans in southern Africa. Youll stroll along the famous Victoria Alfred Waterfront. The tour includes a visit to Table Mountain, which you can reach by cable car (weather permitting). The mountain offers a stunning view that will remain etched in your memory for a lifetime.

    Return to the hotel. Rest.

  • Franchhoek Day 4

    Valley of the Vineyards.

    Excursion to the Valley of Vineyards.
    A visit to Stellenbosch, the second-oldest city after Cape Town. The city is designed in the Cape Dutch style. Youll want to wander the streets and immerse yourself in the 19th and early 20th centuries with its many souvenir and antique shops.
    Vineyard visits, duck parade, cheese tastings (tastings paid on site).
    Accommodation in a 17th century wine estate.

  • Franchhoek Day 5

    Free day

    Free day to visit different farms on a wine train.
    At wineries, youll learn about local winemaking traditions and, if desired, taste the best South African wines. Delicious wine, delicious food, colonial history, and stunning views—these are the words that best describe a journey through the vineyards of the Western Cape.

  • Timbavati Day 6

    Flight to Kruger Park.

    Flight to Kruger Park, transfer to Cape Town airport for departure.
    Meet and greet upon arrival with an English-speaking driver, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. Relax.
    Evening safari.
    Your lodge is located in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, bordering Kruger National Park, and captures the charm and romance of a bygone era in this untouched corner of Africa. Overlooking the open savannah plains, youll find a watering hole frequented by the reserves diverse wildlife.

  • Timbavati Day 7

    Safari Day

    Morning and evening game drive in Timbavati Private Game Reserve, Kruger National Park.
    You will be thrilled by the experience of a true African safari... a leopard on the hunt, lions roaring in the twilight, a running hippopotamus or a crocodile basking on a sandy beach; every safari will be exciting and will capture your heart.

  • Johannesburg. Day 8

    Panorama of Mpumalanga, flight to Johannesburg.

    After the morning safari, depart for a full-day excursion to Panorama of Mpumalanga.
    The tour includes a visit to the most beautiful panoramas of the Blyde River Canyon.
    After the tour, transfer to the airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to your hotel.

  • Johannesburg. Day 9

    Flight home

    Transfer to the airport for your flight home. If you have time before your flight, a city tour is available (additional charge).
